The production processes of our meticulously produced plastic cards are as follows:

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Our graphic design team presents the card design you envision by creating original designs based on your requests or completely unique designs.

SHEET PRINTING

In the Sheet Printing phase, the printing files received from the graphic design are processed, and after quality assurance approval, the printing phase is completed.

SHEET ASSEMBLY

In the Sheet Assembly phase, all layers after printing are punctured following quality assurance approval.

SHEET LAMINATION

All layers are punctured, then laminated and subjected to electronic control after quality assurance approval.

CARD CUTTING

In the Card Cutting phase, the laminated sheets that have passed all controls are cut to form cards. The cards packaged here are delivered to the quality assurance department for 100% control.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

In the Quality Assurance phase, the cards undergo bending/twisting tests, and a 100% visual inspection is conducted to detect color conformity, physical defects, scratches, and other errors.

PERSONALIZATION

In this phase, the encoding of customers' personal and digital data, ensuring data security, control, tracking, and the application of printing methods are carried out.

PACKAGING

In our packaging processes, the card is carefully packaged along with the carrier and sent to our stock unit for safe delivery to the end user based on customer requests.

STOCK

With a storage area of 235 m², our stock unit, which houses 490 product items ranging from card production materials to accessories, initiates the supply process by providing the output of the packaged cards.
