AFTER-SALES TECHNICAL SERVICE
Hayat Kart undertakes the Turkey distribution of the brands Entrust Datacard, Evolis, HID Fargo, and KIS Global, while also being an Authorized Dealer for Zebra. It is also the Turkey distributor for the card printing program Cardpresso, which can work in harmony with all brands.
Every machine sold directly or through a dealer channel is under a 2 (two) year manufacturer brand warranty. The parts replacements and defective consumable replacements of machines within the warranty are processed free of charge in cases where they are due to manufacturing defects. During this period, for technical issues related to the machine and questions or suggestions about the printing program, our technical support team provides technical assistance via remote connection over the phone.
In cases that cannot be resolved via remote connection, your machines need to be sent to our technical service. To minimize possible damage during the shipping of the machines, the original boxes and internal protective foams should not be discarded, and they should be transported in their original boxes.
